Booking conditions
The terms and conditions are listed below concerning the demands of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
– The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel Villaggio dei Pescatori (from now on Hotel);
– The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for the hotel, which you feel free not to accept the reservation;
The booking confirmation that the Hotel sends to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the booking contract with options.
In case you may require a deposit or details of the credit card, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of ‘Hotel to the option and definitely confirmed the booking is taken away. At which point the Hotel promises to send the customer an e-mail or fax confirmation of the booking summary that the client must present at the Check In. The booking and cancellation conditions are accepted by the customer by sending of the deposit or the details of the credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards at least 30 days prior to arrival. (Warning: this is a temporary block to guarantee reservation that does not generate any charge on the credit card).
CANCELLATION: accepted without penalty up to 21 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled or modified from 20 to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Deposit: 40 percent of the total amount is required at least 20 days before arrival date. (minimum one night).
NO SHOW (no show) will be charged the full stay in case of no-show.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure, the management reserves the right to charge full price the days of actual living and the price of the accommodation only the days in excess.
RULES ‘OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT: You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, money order or credit card.

CREDIT CARD BY FAX
You can complete your reservation sending your fax paper by completing the booking form and sending it by fax to the fax number +39 0771.18.70.570
JURISDICTION
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and / or to the finalization of the booking contract to which they apply these conditions in which a part Hotel, will be the competent court of Latina.

Management reserves the right to request advance payment of the stay or a guarantee by the arrival of the customer’s credit card or weekly payments. Although not specifically shown, the reservation is regulated by the Regulation “Uses in the Hotel sector”.
